Paremata-Plimmerton v Wainuiomata match highlights

Wainuiomata beat Paremata-Plimmerton 14-10 in their Hardham Cup ‘quarter-final’ knockout fixture on Saturday at a windy. muddy Ngati Toa Domain.

Conditions dictated a low-scoring game and Wainuiomata scored their only try of the match and kicked two penalties to lead 11-0 at halftime. A third penalty early in the second half made it 14-10. Paremata-Plimmerton came back with two unconverted tries.

Wainuiomata now move on to play Oriental-Rongotai in this coming Saturday’s semi-final, while it is the end of the season for Paremata-Plimmerton.
