Club Rugby pre-season underway this Saturday

It’s the opening weekend of the 2026 club rugby pre-season, with many clubs holding their own internal club days but also a number of others in action on the field against outside opposition tomorrow afternoon.

A look at these inter-club games below at a glance:

  • Northern United v Marist St Pat’s, Porirua Park 3, 1.45pm (Colts at 1.00pm)
  • Johnsonville v Avalon Wolves, Porirua College, 12.00pm
  • Aotea College v Tawa College (First XV fixture), Aotea 1, 10.00am.
  • Linton Lions v Upper Hutt Rams, Linton Army Camp
  • Feilding Old Boys Oroua Stags v M.A.C, Victoria Park, Feilding
  • Feilding Yellows v Central Hawke’s Bay, Johnston Park
  • Spillane Tournament at Hastings. Including Hutt Old Boys Marist
