The Johnsonville Premiers beat Old Boys University 51-26 in their Premier Swindale Shield fixture at home at Helston Park on Saturday.

Johnsonville scored two tries and kicked a penalty to go 15-0 up inside 20 minutes. OBU came back with two tries in the far corner, but Johnsonville scored twice more to lead 27-12 at halftime. They pulled clear in the second spell. For the Bill Cavubati Bowl.
