Upper Hutt Rams v Old Boys University scoring highlights

The Upper Hutt Rams sealed their 2023 Swindale Shield Jubilee Cup spot and put themselves on track to make the top four and earn a semi-final with one week to space with this 31-25 win over Old Boys University.

OBU scored a converted try on fulltime to give themselves a bonus point and to stay in the hunt to share the Swindale Shield with Paremata-Plimmerton in the 13th and final round this coming Saturday.

OBU scored the only try of the first half and led 11-9 at halftime, but the Rams moved ahead 31-11 with three consecutive tries and a penalty, in a committed performance. The visitors also lost a player to a yellow card and two backs including key playmaker Callum Harkin to injuries in the second half.
