Wellington club rugby live scoring updates for 6 May

It is the sixth round of the 2023 Wellington club rugby season.

The sixth round of the Premier Men’s Swindale Shield competition sees all seven matches kick-off at their usual time of 2.45pm.

Today’s Swindale Shield radio broadcast match is the Tawa v Petone fixture. The last time these two sides met was last year’s semi-final and Petone won in extra-time. The E Tu Whanau Footy Show is on air from 2.00pm. Tune in at 87.6FM in the city or 1161AM throughout the district and on the app Wharekōrero.

There are also some opening weekend National U85kg Knockout Cup matches today, involving several Wellington teams. Plus week two of 2023 college rugby, which includes grading matches in Wellington and the second round of the Hurricanes First XV series in Hastings.

The Colts competition has three matches today.

There were two Friday night games, results for these being:
