Continuing the series in the men’s game, with some highlights from the Women’s club rugby and NPC competitions.

#14: Milly Mackey for Petone vs Paremata-Plimmerton. Playing against her former team, Mackey finishes off this exciting team try from a turnover 50 metres out in the Ponies’ 39-29 round two win at the Petone Rec in April.

#15: Tawny Burgess try v Norths 27 April. A big hit from a first phase play, the turnover and popular runaway try to the Paremata-Plimmerton halfback. Norths won this game for the Challenge Cup 25-7, but it was closer than the scoreline suggests.

#16: Teams knew they were in for a tough battle when they came up against the Norths pack in 2019. Here Pride prop Dora Laupola finishes off a clinical in the corner from a free-kick at the previous set-piece in this mid-winter Tia Paasi Memorial fixture against OBU.

#17: An Ayesha Leti-l’iga hat-trick in the Women’s Final at the end of July – including this barnstorming try:

#18: Jane Bryce scored two tries in the Women’s Izzy Ford Trophy Division 2 final, as Marist St Pat’s beat Paremata-Plimmerton 26-0.

#19: The Wellington Pride beat Bay of Plenty 32-29 in a thrilling match at Jerry Collins Stadium, their physicality eventually wearing down the opposition as seen here
